Free shopping cart: osCommerce (http://www.oscommerce.com) but you will still need a domain name and some hosting.
You could try to find a host that offers osCommerce or other shopping cart (like MIVA) and some templates as well. Otherwise, try to sell your flowers on ebay to see if there is a market for it.

Reply:A lot of the free sites dont really offer enough features to make a great website. If your serious about selling online its best to invest a little in a professional looking site
