I an a retired person.I would like to persue, flower arrangement as a hobby. Is there any body who can teach?

Are there any books available, if so where in Bangalore. I reside in Bangalore, Koramangala. Please let me know the details

Check out the continuing ed courses at your local university or tech school. Sometimes these such non-credit courses are offered. Also, talk to your favorite florist to see if he/she might have some recommendations or suggestions.
Reply:Check up at a local Book stall for books on IKEBANA. That is a good start with some standard styles.Make a beginning with collecting Driftwood and dried creepers which can serve as good props for cut creepers for a one-day show or for seasonal display of theme arrangements using dry or durable flowers.





While decorating in imitation of Ikebana Book illustrations ask yourself the simple question "Can I use other variations using similar or different kinds of flowers or props"
