Flower arrangements that look like a dog?

Topiary bushes can be pretty much shaped into whatever you want. But then again, there are those "Made for TV" plants that they sell in boxes. It's like moss that grows out of a certain shape and covers it to make it look like a plant shaped like that.. they sell them at Wal-Mart or K-Mart or Zellar's -- cheap stores like that. I can't think of their names - i think they're like chuppa chuppa's or something. Topiary's can be purchased at almost any gardening store - they just take effort to shape them. They do grow flowers though!

Reply:You can purchase metal armatures in the shape of dogs of all sorts at the floral supply stores. You must, however, use floral foam soaked in water as the base inside to hold your stems. To keep it looking fresh longer, soak the whole arrangement every few days in the sink allowing it to drain. I would also use a charger platter or something waterproof underneath to protect furniture.
